Lemax is concentrating his activities in the field of special processes. As quantities for medical device are often small there is a high potential to reduce fix costs of injection molds using other techniques.

We focus on:

• tube based instruments which are assembled and completed. Examples: catheters, ports, application cannulas, endoscopes
• thermoforming of plastic parts. Examples: covers, sterilization trays, housings
• radiolucent instruments produced out of carbon fiber reinforced plastics. Example: Targeting device, external fixation, Hohmann lever
